Expired and unable to return

Expired with green stuff growing inside and they even removed the expiry label on the box!! Felt sick after eating one .Unable to refund or return because they won't accept returns

Love these normally - this box seemed a bit stale

I'd been buying these from Ocado and really enjoying them - a gooey chocolatey treat of a protein snack. So for better value I ordered from Amazon and these aren't the same somehow. They are within date, but I wonder if they haven't been stored correctly? They outer chocolate has loads of white bloom on it, and the inner is firmer, doesn't quite have the same chocolate hit for me. Will probably buy again but not from here.

Disintegrated and off

I received a pack of Hazelnut balls yesterday which were squashed together in plastic cellophane. The balls are squashed and chalky and appear to have gone off. Really disappointing.

Green stuff growing inside and white stuff on top

I normally get these from sainsburys but thought it would be easier to order from amazonWhen they arrived I bit into one automatically without checking it seen as I’ve never had a bad experience with these before.Straight away the taste was very off and then under closer examination the inside was green and the outside chocolate part had a white glazing on itWill not be ordering from this seller again
